Connect with counterparts in NES

One of NESS’s key aims is to build strong links and partnerships between people and groups in Australia and their counterparts in North and East Syria.

These ties could be at the level of cities and towns (“twin cities”) or local communities, schools and universities / colleges, or groups with specific interests such as professional bodies, unions, environmental or cultural groups or sports and other clubs.

If you or your group are interested in exploring engagement with likeminded people in NES, please let us know and we’ll work with our partners in Rojava to facilitate contact.

Now seeking partners in…

Are you an environmental activist in Australia, interested in talking to and meeting with likeminded activists in NES? If so, please get in touch as we’re now setting up this link with the help of our good friends at the Civil Diplomacy Centre in Qamishlo.

We’re also currently talking to staff in the Science and Fine Arts Departments at Rojava University who are keen to engage with their peers in Australia. If you work or study in these areas and are interested in this opportunity, please contact us via info@nessolidarity.org.au.
